This year’s Parade of Homes showcased patterned tile in unexpected places — not just bathrooms and kitchens, but also mudrooms, patios, and even stair risers. The best part? The designs felt fresh and elevated, not busy or overwhelming.

Patterned tile is proof that design trends can come full circle — but when they return, they bring a fresh twist.
